1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThreeArrow.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThreeArrow.ai is an AI-powered career platform that helps users tailor resumes, discover job opportunities, and track applications. The Service uses large language models (LLMs) to analyse and reframe resume content against job descriptions. Browser Auto-Apply is limited to supported employer forms and pauses for CAPTCHA, ambiguous consent, or unknown required answers; other jobs are saved for manual action.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload resumes or content that you do not own or have rights to use.
  • Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent job applications.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI services.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

5. AI-Generated Content

ThreeArrow.ai uses AI to rewrite resume bullets and generate tailored content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.
  • ThreeArrow.ai does not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.
  • AI tailoring is a suggestion tool - you must ensure all statements are truthful and accurate.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your resume content and personal data.
  • You grant ThreeArrow.ai a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • The ThreeArrow.ai platform, branding, and code belong to the operator or its licensors.

7. Free Tier and Paid Plans

  • The Free plan includes the limits shown on the Pricing page.
  • Paid plans increase or remove specified usage limits and renew until canceled.
  • Checkout, recurring payments, invoices, and billing management are provided by Stripe.
  • Current prices and plan features are shown before checkout and may change prospectively.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of ThreeArrow.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or data loss.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@threearrow.ai.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and use reasonable channels to communicate material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
