What Is the ThreeArrow Match Score?
It is a 0-100 comparison based on job-description keyword coverage and profile completeness. It helps you inspect alignment between two texts; it is not a score retrieved from an employer's ATS.
How Should You Interpret It?
Use the score comparatively: inspect matched and missing terms, decide which missing terms genuinely apply, and check whether your strongest relevant evidence is easy to find. There is no universal cutoff that guarantees review or rejection.
How to Improve the Resume
Clarify relevant experience, use recognizable terminology, add verified projects or certifications, and remove distractions. Never add a skill or achievement solely to increase the number.
Why Employer Results Can Differ
Employers configure their workflows differently and may use knockout questions, recruiter searches, assessments, referrals, or manual review. A public comparison tool cannot model those private decisions.
